The extinguishing agent of Butacaine Sulfate (CAS NO.149-15-5) are dry powder, foam, sand, carbon dioxide, water mist.
A poison by ingestion, subcutaneous, intravenous, and intraperitoneal routes. A topical anesthetic. See also SULFATES. When heated to decomposition it emits very toxic fumes of SOx and NO2.
