High efficiency industrial pulverizer
Principle of operation of the pulverzier:
The priciple of hammer-striking is utilized for the pulverizer. A holding disc, on which 8 impacting plates are fitted into the symmetrically distributed oblique grooves, is mounted on the front end of the spindle. The impacting plates with high speed relatively to the 2 toothed plates mounted on the gate and the middle housing. The material enters evenly from the feeding inlet and is milled by the impacting plates with high rotating speed in the inner milling chamber first, and then enters the outer milling chamber to be still further milled by thelong impacting plates. The milled material in the outer milling chamber is than thrown out tangentially from the outlet at the bottom by the impacting force of the plates.
