일인산칼륨(CAS 7778-77-0)은 흰색의 결정성, 무취, 수용성 고체로, 휘발성이 없으며 분해 온도(~250 °C)까지 열적으로 안정합니다. 이는 무기 염이며 인과 칼륨의 주요 공급원입니다. 일인산칼륨은 높은 용해도와 염소 및 나트륨 불함유 특성으로 인해 특히 수경재배 및 엽면시비용 고순도 비료 성분으로 광범위하게 사용됩니다. 또한 약제 제형 및 식품 첨가물에서 완충제로 활용되며, 난연제 및 세라믹스용 특수 인산염 합성 시 전구체 또는 촉매로도 사용됩니다. 주요 적용 분야는 농화학, 식품 가공, 제약, 산업용 수처리 등입니다.

It can also used as a bacterial culture agent, the flavoring agent for the synthesis of sake and the raw material for making potassium metaphosphate. In medicine, it is used for the uric acidification as a nutritional agent.(5) Used as feed nutritional supplements;As a quality improver, it has effects of improving the complexation metal ions and pH value, increasing the ionic strength of food, and thus improving the adhesion and water holding capacity of food. China provides that it can be used for wheat flour with the maximum usage amount of 5.0g/kg and 2.0 g/kg in the beverage.
