アセトニトリル

アセトニトリルは、無色透明で揮発性の液体であり、わずかに甘くエーテル様の臭気を有する。これは極性非プロトン性有機溶媒であり、最も単純な脂肪族ニトリルである。沸点は81.6 °C、融点は−45 °Cであり、水およびほとんどの一般的な有機溶媒と完全に混和する。アセトニトリルは、医薬品製造において広く用いられており、特に高速液体クロマトグラフィー（HPLC）における溶媒や、農薬およびファインケミカルの中間体合成における反応媒体として使用される。また、アセトアミジン、チアミンおよびその他の窒素含有化合物の製造における前駆体としても機能する。
