Primarily used as an intermediate in the production of specialty surfactants, it serves in formulating industrial cleaners, emulsion polymerization stabilizers, and performance additives for agrochemical formulations. Typical application areas include household and institutional cleaning products, textile auxiliaries, metalworking fluids, and oilfield chemicals.
