イソ酪酸

イソ酪酸は、無色で揮発性の液体であり、刺激的で腐敗臭を有し、融点は–47 ℃、沸点は155 ℃である。これは分枝鎖脂肪族カルボン酸であり、有機化学中間体に分類される。主な工業的用途は、香料、風味料および可塑剤として用いられるエステル（特にイソブチルエステル）の合成における前駆体としての利用である。また、除草剤（例：プロパニル誘導体）、医薬品（例：特定の抗炎症剤）、特殊ポリマーの製造におけるビルディングブロックとしても使用される。典型的な応用分野には、農薬、ファインケミカル、食品添加物およびコーティング剤が含まれる。

Isobutyric acid has some important derivatives that, in the industry, is actually used for the production of isobutyronitrile intermediates, and then converted to isobutylamidine hydrochloride that is the raw materials of pesticide diazinon.4. Used for the raw materials of perfume and perfume ester, and also used as the solvents of textile auxiliaries (in the form of salt) and a variety of chemical reactions.
